Cramlington folk club has reopened...

To make sure that we are keeping everyone as safe as possible the wearing of face covering will be a condition of entry (unless medically exempt).  We will require all to wear face covering until seated and when moving around the room. The room will be set up to maintain safe distancing.

Because of the measures to make the stage area safe there may be a slight delay between acts to allow for mic cleaning etc. and we may have to limit the number of performers to allow for these measures. Foam mic shields will be available for visiting performers to purchase.

Please bear with us as we all want this to go ahead with as little disruption as possible and we hope these measures will work out okay.

Thanks for your support and we look forward to seeing you all soon.

Cramlington Folk Club was established in 1972 and we are one of the longest running folk clubs in the country.

We meet every Wednesday, starting at 7.30 pm.

There are guest performers every other week and singers nights in between. It's quite common to have as many as twelve to fourteen acts on singers nights!

We have always provided a wide variety of music and styles from traditional and contemporary folk to blues and bluegrass. If you are in the area please drop in, you may be pleasantly surprised.

Everyone is welcome, whether to perform or just to enjoy the music and have a drink. Singers wishing to perform should make sure their name is on the list by 8pm at the latest.

We are proud to be known as one of the friendliest clubs in the Country.
